Reference to the advertisement published through PRQ No. 656/26- 09-2023 dated 28 September, 2023 in the daily newspaper and others, regarding written test of the posts Assistant Director (B-17). Public Relation Officer (B-17), Assistant Registrar (B-16) Assistant Accounts Officer (B-16) and Assistant Private Secretary (B-16) in Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat Balochistan. The candidates are hereby informed that the date of written, shorthand test of following posts have been changed/rescheduled as following:-

Instructions for Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat Balochistan Jobs Written Test:

1. The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on 25 October, 2023 at Balochistan Boy Scouts Association Hall Road, Near PTV Station Quetta, all the candidate shall check their names in the lists Whereas, any candidate who claims that he applied against aforementioned post through GPO but his/her name is not in the list he/she must submit his/her documents along with solid proof receipt of GPO to representative of this Secretariate deputed at Balochistan Boy Scouts between 11:00 AM to 03:30 PM on facilitation desk within (07) seven days.
2. The final list of eligible candidates will be displayed on 03 November, 2023, Who will be eligible for test.
3. Use of Mobile Phones and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited. Therefore, don’t bring your mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets to the hallicenter.
4. The entry appearance of candidates for the test are subject to the production of their Original Computerized National Identity Card, failing which you will not be allowed to take the test.
5. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates.
6. All the candidates must bring their clipboard, pen/pencil etc for written test.
7. The candidates are directed to report in the center 30 minutes before of the test.
8. Only shortlisted applicants will be allowed for test.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test interview
